Kansas City, MOThe Perfect Staycation
It may look like a run down mexican car dealership on the outside, but once you step in to The Frog you will feel like you are far far away from Kansas City. I don't believe you can go wrong with anything on the menu. If you do I highly recommend keeping it to yourself as Mano, the Chef/owner, is a quick witted fiery frenchman that will surly correct you.
Best spot to take a date in town.
Crazy happy hour prices on Thursdays and Friday on drinks and limited appetizers.

This is a perfect place to grab a snack or a full meal. Santiago's is off the beaten path situated deep in bahama village. You will find a very inviting staff and comfy atmosphere. The menu features small plates with a spanish, greek, Mediterranean feel, and the most amazing bread pudding. Nice wine list. Great happy hour depending on the season.
