It's been a long road to this point in my life, but I have at least this to say... though it was mostly superficial before, the depth of my appreciation for electronica now is finally substantive.
I grew up on hard/alternative rock (NIN, RHCP, U2, Blind Melon, Hendrix, Pearl Jam, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Depeche Mode, etc.), pop, HipHop/R&B (Nas, Jay Z, Biggie, Tupac, Mos Def, Common, Smiff and Wesson, Eminem, Group Home, Styles P, Dead Prez, the list goes on and on and on...) and reggae, with the latter two being my staple. aaaaand I like Linkin Park... there, I said it.

Probably the best pizza in NYC... real authentic Italian pizza! From their site:
An organization exists in Napoli named the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana that oversees the creation of authentic Neapolitan pizza. The pizze must have certain specific characteristics to be vera pizza Napoletana, or true Neapolitan pizza. The dough must be hand pressed with Italian flour and the precise amount of water. The tomatoes are always Italian, usually San Marzano style. And the mozzarella cheese (bufala Mozzarella) is that from water buffalo in the region between Napoli and Roma. These are the ingredients with practiced hands and the special high temperature wood burning oven that make vera pizza Napoletana.
Our restaurant was certified by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana in 1997 and was the first in New York and 93rd in the world to attain this recognition.

I only come here when there's an electronic music event... this place is very large and has amazing charm. Best to go for very large events like Body & Soul parties or when Sasha and Digweed come to town.

... great artists come to Pacha... and it's got a kicking sound system. It's NYC's only real mega club, but we NY'ers love Cielo much better.
