Las Vegas, NVMight just have the best truffle mac and cheese in Vegas. Eat in the lounge, a little more relaxing and fun people watching.

Los Angeles, CAGreat place to see bands, the echoplex downstairs is even better. They serve 2 boots pizza, but if you want to get a bite to eat before the show, Masa next door is a sweet place.

This place is doing something right. If you live in LA and appreciate Intelligentsia, this place is San Fran's Intelligentsia. There will always be a line so be prepared.
Oola Restaurant & Bar
San Francisco, CASweet little loungy place in SOMA. The food is good, the mini baked apple pie even better. Bartenders are great, so eating at the bar is totally cool. Dark setting with booths that seat a good amount of people. Probably a fun place after work. I would frequent this place if I lived in San Fran.
