Jim's Steaks
Philadelphia, PAOnly the best! And so many of the "best" have visited there over the years, and left their marks! Check out all the cool photos, autographs, thank you's, and yes, even awards for most steaks eaten... That, plus where else can you get a Yoo-Hoo with your cheese steak???
Mc Gillins Old Ale House
Philadelphia, PAA fairly decent size bar in center city, it still has a "local" feeling. The wings and house ale/lager are great. It's fun to get together in a small group and just hang out, or watch a Wing Bowl if you stumble in on the right night. Just be careful- $2 pints house ale can get you in trouble if you're not careful. Make sure you have a DD if you're headed here!
Capogiro Gelateria
Philadelphia, PASimply the BEST! Italian Gelato at it's best. Made fresh, and the flavors change all the time. You can stick with just one, or you can mix and match for awesome explosions of flavor!
Tinto
Philadelphia, PAA-MA-ZING!!! A little pricey, but definitely worth it for a special event (Like my birthday ;-) !!) Fantastic wine list, with a HUGE selection of Spanish wines. And the food is just out of this world. LOVE IT!
Shinju
Philadelphia, PAAn amazing little sushi BYO just a few blocks from where I work, they have about 24 of their own creative sushi rolls, in addition to all the usuals!
