Let's just say, this place outdoes pretty much every steak house I've ever been to. With a staff that is attentive without being annoying, this place serves GOOD food without the flurry of pomp and circumstance usually associated with steak houses. Remember your cash though, since they don't accept credit cards. And don't ask too many questions about what goes on in the back rooms... this place is riddled with rumors of mafia affiliations.

I've never eaten at the restaurant upstairs, but have become a loyal client of the wine bar in the basement. With a not-too-overwhelming list of Italian Wines, and a knowledgeable staff, I always end up with a delectable drink. Pair it with their meat or cheese platter, and you're in for a treat. They could use a little help with their music selection as it tends to be in the 80s rock collection, and completely clashes with ambience created by the open-flame candles, dark corners, and deep colors.
