If Abe Froman, the Sausage "King" of Chicago were going to eat any sausage other than his own, it would be from Sabatino's. Basically located amongst the offices of a shipyard in Lido and hard to find, but it is well worth the search. I actually prefer to get my sausage to go (raw) and take it home to barbeque or cook myself (amazing in pastas). But if you are not local or want to make sure it is cooked to perfection, there is a perfectly acceptable deck to enjoy the stuffed peppers and sausage platter.

I love the pizza at this place, but I love the bar more. Great music and stiff drinks. True story - unbeknownst to me, a friend from college came out from Boston/NYC to manage this place and to try to become an actor/model/dancer/whatever. I ran into him for the first time since the East Coast on my first trip here. He told me Ben Stiller likes the table under the painting of the poodle. I said it was a true story, not a good one.

Like healthy Koo-Koo-Roo's. Love their wraps, especially the Chinese Chicken salad wrap, which transforms one of my favorite salads into one of my favorite forms of food - the sandwich. They also have great sides. The chicken pasta salad is amazing, but judging by the supertanker worth of 1000 Island dressing it contains, I'm sure 4 out of 5 nutrition experts would agree, this is not the healthiest side they have.

E-Z Takeout Burger is like In-n-Out Burger's cousin from South of the border. I only say that because they make breakfast burritos in the morning up until lunch. But seriously, some people compare the two like East and West Coast rap music...I like them both. Here you can also get a chicken burger and better fries that In-n-Out (see that review for my opinion of their fries).
