I grew up in Omaha, NE and moved to Boulder, CO to go to college. I not only fell in love with Colorado, but my future husband as well! I've lived here for just over 14 years now. I'm now a Denverite and love every minute of the abundant sunshine and spectacular views of our beautiful Rocky Mountains! I am considered somewhat of a go-to-girl when it comes to whats new and fun in town... I do enjoy the finer things in life but consider myself to be down to earth and open to new experiences at any time.

Pekoe Sip House at Origins
Denver, COso many teas...so little time!
For someone that does not drink coffee I instantly fell in love Pekoe! The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and they have so many delicious teas and great options such as rice milk and natural sweeteners like agave.
They also sell pastries and sweets from local restaurants such as Watercourse!
My favorite drinks are the Mate' Chai and Roobois Chai...try them steamed with rice milk and a little agave!
They also make excellent coffee! (from what I've heard)
