Hello. I'm originally from Indianapolis. I grew up the as the last child of two Democratic Social Worker parents in the middle of a Red State that, I'm proud to say has recently turned Blue:^) I moved to LA from Brooklyn where I left a piece of my heart. There are pieces of my heart scattered all around. Ireland, Chicago, Lawrence, KS, Indianapolis, Santa Barbara to name a few. But don't worry, I still have enough to go around;*) (Corny, I know) I'm a down to earth guy. I love to laugh and I don't take myself too seriously. Ozzie is my nickname from childhood. I'm comfortable at an Art Show Downtown or a friend's backyard BBQ. I like my PB&J with apricot jelly. Music is my muse. I love it all. My ipod is full of everyone from Yo Yo Ma to Talib Kweli. One week I could be on a country kick and the next I'll listen to nothing but J Dilla. I like to dance, but I can't. Just take me to a fun bar with a great jukebox and you'll see what I mean. I enjoy spending time with friends and I like to be alone sometimes. I'm a flirt. Rather go to a dive bar than some overpriced Hollywood club. I've gotten into art through my fascination with graffiti and street art. I love photography and I'm trying to get better at it. I like to write. I can get lost in a bookstore. Architecture and design are cool to me. A bottle of Chimay Red is great, but so is a can of PBR. I'm an Uncle four times. Two of my nephews live around the corner from me and I see them every day. I enjoy road trips if the company is right. Santa Barbara is my favorite LA escape. I like to get outside. I'd enjoy going hiking, mountain biking, camping and kayaking more with someone who has outgoing spirit. I passionate about politics and writing among other things. I'd like to get into more adventures and meet some cool people who might want to tag along;@)
