BIG beef Taco

The Taco stand is a great place to grab some grub. Especially with several locations in Athens. The food is not your "authentic" style of Mexican but is really great. The quesadillas are super and you can go wrong with a BIG beef taco. Also the guac will rock your socks off! It is fairly cheap too!

If your looking for something on the finer side of dining this is a good spot to try. I've only been a few times but enjoyed it tremendously. The prices are fair for the quality of the dishes. Try ordering pretty much anything grilled especially the steaks!

Fries with Feta

The Grill has been a fundamental part of Downtown Athens for as long as I can remember. It is the perfect place to eat pretty much anytime because they are open 24 hrs, but especially after a night on the town. The burgers are great and try the fries with feta cheese. They are perfect together. Finish it off with a handmade milkshake. You really cant go wrong with anything they've got on the menu.

What'll you have, is what you'll hear from the counter when you walk in the door. You've got to try a chili-cheeseburger or a chili-dog for sure and the onion rings are the best. You can't go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu.

If I could eat here everyday I would.

Voted Best Ribs in Atlanta and they weren't joking! Forget a knife and fork and forget using napkins, just bring a towel. If you don't get messy eating here then your not doing it right. The chicken and ribs are simply the best as well as any of the sides to go with them. Also there is usually a live band playing most evenings. The prices are great and the food is too, just be prepared to have to go home and take a shower!
