If you are a sandwich lover.... then Mom's deli is worth the drive and gas. Best sandwiches by far in St. Louis. I tend to always order the original Mom's Special (turkey, ham, roast beef, munchee cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and homemade thousand island dressing.) Don't let the line stop you... the sandwiches are amazing.

P.S. They only take cash, however there is an ATM inside.

If you like pizza... you HAVE TO try Blackthorn. Don't come starving because it can be an hour + wait for your pizza. They only have one oven, and the pizza takes like 45 minutes to cook. But .... well worth the wait....Seriously, the BEST pizza I have ever had or in St. Louis at least. It is a hole in the wall, kind of a dump, but once you taste the Chicago Style Pizza you will be hooked. Ladies, you most likely will only be able to finish one slice maybe 2 if you are really hungry and guys about 3-4. So if you don't want left overs, order small. PS.... you can call and order ahead.
