Brisket Tacos...

They are SO good. They are made with the most tender brisket, plus, instead of the usual taco sauce (salsa, queso, green chile), they make a "gravy sauce" that is made from the brisket juice (I'm sorry I don't know the correct term) and they spice it up! It is amazing. Amazing.
