Pasadena Pie 'N Burger is the real deal, a hamburger stand frozen in time. They seat you at the long Formica counter or one of the few tables in the back, cook up a great burger & fries, then ring you up on the antique spinning-numbers cash register. The burgers taste similar to In-N-Out, except they are bigger, juicier, and more flavorful. They also serve breakfast. The decor has not been updated in decades, but the prices have. Expect to lay out $6 for just a burger, and $3 for a slice of pie.
