Everyone loves Jaguar for their awesome food and ceviche of course, but around the holidays it's pretty cool ... they've got this tree which looks like a Christmas Tree, but really, what is it? Well, it's their ceviche spoon tree. Any guests can draw on a ceviche spoon while dining at the restaurant and then hang it on their tree for the holiday season. Pretty cool and passes the time while waiting on that ever so delicious food.

The shitake mushroom salad is one of the best on the menu, however I would go with the rock shrimp as well as the hamachi jalapeno. Can't go wrong here, and although it's expensive, it's worth every penny. Talk about great service, these guys must have gone thru a vigorous training course, because they know their stuff!
