Beverly Hills Hotel
Beverly Hills, CAHome away from Home
I could eat in the BHH coffee shop every day...not kidding! great salads, burgers, milk shakes, eggs, blueberry pancakes, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice...getting the point yet? If you're on a diet a very healthy breakfast cooked in front of you however you want it, if you are ready to indulge very fattening, but delicious milkshakes blended to perfection in front of you.
Mastro's Steakhouse
Beverly Hills, CAHello Sinatra
Go hungry or go home! Family style portions. Steak and seafood. Try to sit upstairs, its packed on weekend, get a reservation.
Koi Restaurant
Los Angeles, CASpicy Tuna Crispy Rice, but NO shorts!
Yes, Koi is trendy, and packed with paparazzi outside, but oh so good. The Spicy tuna crispy rice is the best. The albacore with the crispy onions is a close second.Great hand rolls...ranging from crab to rock shrimp.Even the green beans are amazing here, veggies never tasted so good. Get a reservation or go right when they open and sit at the sushi bar. PS...Calling all men...there's a doorman, and if you wear shorts, you will not get in, you will not pass go, kind of Monopoly, but the upside alot of good looking girls inside boys..so wear nice pants!
Hiko Sushi
Los Angeles, CANO Cellphones or else!
No cells, No sitting unless your whole party is there, and whatever you do, DO NOT leave left overs on your plate. Those can be the cons, but its the freshest, best sushi in LA. Make sure you have the right hours of Hiko, the owner very strict, yet sweet...yes it's kind of like an episode of Seinfeld. However you can pick what you want if you aren't sitting at the sushi bar. At the end of your dining experience, its so delicious that you actually start to think, I should never bring my cell into lunch...ever! Hiko will have you craving the albacore and running back for more!
The Ivy
Los Angeles, CAokay, the paparazzi can be a little annoying here, but the food is amazing. Fried chicken, lobster pasta, cobbler for dessert. It's alot of food, plan on going hungry or taking left overs home. The scones, only made for Sunday brunch are out of this world.
