Basic breakfasts done right. Nothing fancy here...the occasional special. The restaurant is centered around the grill where the cooks are constantly churning out breakfast potatoes with the orders. Solid food.
Shanghai Cafe

This restaurant with basically no atmosphere has a very good menu with lots of vegetarian choices. The soups are awesome as well as their Vietnamese offerings.
Cafe Med
Salt Lake City, UTComfortable, not trendy atmosphere...old Pizza Hut building. The food is quite good...try their spinach/lentil soup. Good menu...lots to choose from.
