I love everything about our road trips to Phoenix. I love that whole area. I love the restaurants. I love playing there. That’s why I love the Biltmore. It’s a combination of things. I like being out by the pool with the nice weather. The rooms have that desert, southwest style. It’s just a cool spot. Great grounds. Very spread out.

It’s not even close. I like thin crust. I don’t know why it’s so good – maybe the combination of the thin crust and the sauce. I like veggies, so I get the veggie pizza.

The head chef here is a big baseball fan, so when I go, he lets me try a lot of different things I normally wouldn’t try. I get steak or fish depending on my mood. They have a bunch of different potato and veggie sides. Good salads. Cool ambience – it’s laid-back and not too crazy.
