The hummus the FRIED CHICKEN and the PEANUT BUTTER cookies are all homemade like Grandma did but with a Cordon Bleu sureness and overview. This place is the first choice for catering for a picnic or Hollywood Bowl box. LOVE IT! oh, and there's always cool rock/soul/jazz music playing inside!

If you can deal with a mound of KRAB on your tostada then this modest stand is for you. It is for me! I hanker, yearn JONES for these tostadas at least 10 times a year.. Turned a friend on to it and every time he comes down from Canada he hits up this stand two or three times. A modest blue collar joint you get to rub shoulders with auto mechanics, Venice artists, and the rest of So Cal humanity.
Sometimes the wait is about 10 minutes to order and get your food. Worth it. Worth it.

Go there, sign up for the newsletter and then once a week or so you'll get the secret specials! Go in and try them. They have many killer/authentic style dogs but I simply can't get past how good the Chicago Dog , the Sauerkraut Dog and the Chili Dog are. I I don't live too close but I find myself planning out my weeks with biz in the neighborhood of Fab so I can pop in! Awesome.

Been going there like 10 months. What a find! At least a Dozen different Brats /Sausages.
I haven't been brave enough to try the Ostrich Australian but the meat and chicken brats are awesome.. German Swiss Black Forest Polish I can't remember them all...the Hungarian is heavily spiced and is addictive! Last week I went in and they have a sampler plate 4 different Brats...no WAY you can choose which is best. OH WAIT..their CURRY KETCHUP is the BOMB! I would put it on my Oatmeal its so good. **** !!!!
