Root Down is the place

This place has got it figured out. A very relaxed, modern and cool vibe, friendly wait staff and food that's out of this world. Everything on the menu looked delectable. Tried the veggie slider served with a spicy mustard and the grouper. Both were fantastic. I plan to go back again and again!!!

Great Place for XC Skiing, snowshoeing

Great cross country ski trails. Upscale lodge with spa, restaurant and new cabins. A little pricey for the cabins but great for groups!

Go to be one of the most consistently good restaurants around. Menu doesn't change that often but what they prepare is delicious. Roasted chicken, meatloaf with spicy catsup, hush puppies and other comfort food.

Best Roasted tomato soup EVER! Casual setting upstairs, more formal dining downstairs. Community table and Community Dinner on Wednesdays.

Big ones, small ones, vanilla, chocolate, lemon, carrot cake, lemon, jack and coke. Delicious. Guaranteed to make you smile!
