If you've never had Pokey O's, I must that you are missing out! The geniuses over there have taken two of the best things on earth (cookies and ice cream) and combined them to make a treat that is guaranteed to make you go back for more. They fresh bake all cookies daily, so they're never stale, and they use only Blue Bell ice cream. For you northerners who don't know about Blue Bell, well let's just say that just like everything else that comes from Texas, it's the best.
