crunkest fish

ridiculous good fish sandwiches, low prices, big portions. not easy too find - tucked off the street. pretty much a takeout location, very friendly staff.

a big improvement over the Cici's down the road. Better quality, better service, better atmosphere. Pretty much the same price, much more pleasant environment.

very funky coffee shop/lunch stop. also serves as the catering kitchen for Ellendale's restaurant. Portion size is hit or miss - sometimes a solid value, sometimes a little expensive for what you get. Not fancy, not fast, but good people serving good food in a very relaxed environment. This is as close to Austin, Texas as it gets near the Nashville airport. Vegan/Vege/special diet friendly.

This location is no longer open, but Judge Bean (Aubrey) will hopefully be back in business soon. Best wishes to Aubrey -- and please, serve breakfast tacos on Saturday mornings..

bbq joint is an accurate description. is the building partially occupied by an auto repair business? check. do they use a real pit/smoker? check. do they make their own sides instead of buying cheap stuff? check. does the owner's mom (who lives a state away) make the desserts at home? check.

not fancy. not necessarily cheap, but fairly priced. they run out of items on a regular basis, so be prepared to roll with it. but at this point, it's the best bbq joint in middle tn.
