The Whole Earth Center has been Princeton's local-owned and operated health food store since 1970. Great selection of bulk items, veg, and vegan options! The original organic source with a beautiful produce section. The deli rocks, best sandwich is "The Rainbow!" Best whole-foods, natural bakery I've ever encountered (also options like vegan, wheat-free, etc.)--the chocolate chip cookies, breads, rolls, scones, muffins are highly tempting! Don't visit the bakery if you're dieting!
