Fantastic Blues, great location and fabulous people watching!

Looking for a party and great live music over the 4th of July weekend? Hit up the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival. Even if you aren't a blues aficionado, this fest has plenty of jam-blues bands (circa Robert Randolph), country-blues and classic Memphis style crooners. Expect a crowd, so try not to get to the scene too late. Can easily spend an 8 hr day enjoying the festival atmosphere, taking in great music and supporting a good cause in the Oregon Food Bank.
