USMS - Masters Swimming in USA's governing body

I've made wonderful friends and stayed healthy and mixed with people of all different ages and walks of life through masters swimming - it's been such a great resource for me. It's really amazing to see swimmers in their 30s and 40s swimming times as fast or faster than they swam in their 20s. What stands out most to me about USMS is how easy it is to make friends through swimming and to drop in on programs in other cities and meet new people while traveling
