Yes, the crowd is pretentious, ever since it was in Entourage - but dammit if I don't get a fantastic meal here everytime!!! The best basil chicken sandwich in LA....a bowl of one of the many fresh soups of the day... served together with a fresh salad and freshly brewed ice tea.. makes for one amazing lunch. Big ups for the designated dog area!

This is my favorite place to go with my girlfriend in Santa Monica (another Urth location). They have amazing green tea lattes, bread to die for!, delicious sandwiches, salads, and VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE! They also can meet any dietary need you might have, and all the natural options for a delicious, love-your-body meal !! Wonderful. Plus, the staff is always smiley and helpful.

Super small place, but delicious. Don't be surprised if a stranger asks to join your table during busy times of the day. The best is when a stranger is sitting with another stranger and they spill something. It's seriously chaotic. Definitely worth it.
