I love Southwest Airlines!!! I have written them letters before complaining about things that had bothered me on a flight, and they got back to me ASAP. I even wrote a letter to the Chairman of Southwest Herb Kelleher, and he responded with a personal note of his own.

Do yourself a favor, and fly on a real airline run by real people.

The best.

Sure it may have be a little ghetto with the open seating or whatever, but it's the ONLY airline that you can change your flight anytime with no penalties. Hell I've even just not shown up before and they still give you credit. Plus they just started offering WiFi. Yup yup.
