The Inside Word for SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills

I highly recommend staying or hanging at the SLS because they renovated it and everything here is Grade A, top-of-the-line, and I really appreciate them for that. Really nice scene in the hotel, restaurants, bar, and pool.

Every room in here has its own unique style. It's a perfect centrally located hotel if you want to go LA and be in the mix - be near Melrose, be near the Beverly Center, be near all around the Hollywood clubs - it's the perfect hotel to stay at. And it has a cooler hip vibe to it - not like a stuff vibe at all.

I didn’t know this used to be the Le Meridien. The first time I saw it as the new SLS, I was hooked. I've been here since my season with the Rockets was over (Game 7 vs. the Lakers in Round 2). The bar downstairs has a real nice atmosphere. It's done up differently – different style, different taste. It's a real hotspot. I always see celebrities here.

LOVE the bar here -- big, open, great drinks, great crowd and scene. All the restaurants here are tapas style. My girlfriends and I did a "staycation" here one weekend and were treated like queens. Philip Dailey, the GM, rocks! The rooms are just right with nice bathrooms that have a sliding wall to open into the rest of the room. The rooftop pool is great with a great view and comfy lounge chairs and beds poolside. Definitely my new spot to hang out. You have to check it out. You never know what celebs you'll run into.
