The experience of my day was incredible.
Stress overload I arrived..
Massage... oooohhhhhh so that is what it felt like to let go
and let the heavens support you as your troubles of life fall at the wayside. Each bit of tensions seemed to melt under the masterful hand of the therapist.. the stones and crystals elements of peace, energy and healing...
Facial... the glow I emerged with is something of that of
my younger days when I was pregnant...
my skin felt renewed as well as my spirit..
spend the day with some girlfriends like I did and let the day be special about you and your close friends remembering that me time is necessary to remain a we thing.. We need to revived sometimes and be reminded we are special, unique and valued.
