SAM rocks!

go on a free day but expect a crowd. don't touch anything or take pics (unless you turn off your flash and sound then you can try to sneak pics). i love the Buddah in the front hall area. lots to see...i love this place! fun Sam remix nights once a month, lectures and WOW, that gift shop is amazing! i spent as much time in there as i did looking at exhibits!

Newly Remodeled Great Museum

It is a beautiful art museum with very diverse art. It is located right in downtown Seattle. They have a nice cafe also.

it's an art museum! Go there and get yourself some culture.

Best collection of classic, native, contemprary, & modern art in the Northwest

For me, the Pollock and Warhol are worth the price of admission. The northwest native & Do-Ho Suh installations are amazing. They regularly cycle through spectacular glass installations by northwest and national artists such as Dale Chihuly.
