I met the owner when I first moved to the area and I would usually get lobster when I went there, so he renamed it Kasey Kahne’s lobster tail. It’s sort of an industry hangout place as a lot of dishes are named after NASCAR personalities. I eat at the Birkdale Village location in Huntersville on Wednesday or Thursday nights usually when I can.

My favorites are Mike Rucker's Chicken Penne Pasta, Miss. Jackie's Chicken Caesar Salad and if I dont have much of an appetite I'll get Heidi Hines Chicken and Black Bean Quesadillas

Male / 35 / Charlotte, NCYou gotta like Red Rocks in Charlotte if you have anything to do with NASCAR or sports entertainment. The crab cakes are the best because they're mine - they're called the Rod Moscowitz crab cakes. The owner works real hard to get the whole local sports entertainment community involved. It's kind of like equivalent to a Houstons - good solid food, affordably priced, nice atmosphere. You're bound to see either NASCAR drivers or Carolina Panther football players there. There's two different locations - and I'm one of the few who goes to both of them - but the one to really go to is in Huntersville.
