Rock Out - Work Out

Red Rocks is truly an unknown Wonder of the World. On Sundays you can go and join a rare outdoor gym where any number of people will be running up and down the stairs, doing push-ups, or planter climbs. Summer Concerts here are truly amazing. No one is a Coloradan unless they have seen their favorite band play at Red Rocks. The natural accoutic sounds of the rocks, and the great Colorado nights, the only thing your missing is a great band, and a cold beer. Just get there early so you can stand in line!

Not only is it an amazing place for concerts, but you can get a great workout either running the stairs of the Amphitheater or hiking and biking the trails nearby. Also near this is Mathews Winters Park, which I love for trail running or hiking with my pup.
