THIS is the place to stay. It's off the strip, the rooms are great, the spa is great, and you're right next to Red Rock Canyon so you can go hiking, drive through, or ride your bike along the trails.
If you have to stomach the strip, it's about 20 mins away.

A beautiful, well-appointed facility far from the strip... I think it's rather expensive (especially considering it's not a Strip hotel) but the rooms are beautiful (and I stay in 120 hotels annually).
