The Rainbow is the epitome of '80s/'90s hair band rock. It's a total time warp and a quintessentially LA/Sunset Strip experience - the first time I ever came here was for Bret Michael's birthday party when I was like 21 (don't ask). There's this funny business with a cover to get in but then you get drink tickets so it all evens out. I've always preferred to fight my way into the small room with the bar rather than wait for a table. The burgers are pretty damned tasty. They have valet if you can't find street parking.

I call the cheese sticks pillows from heaven they are so amazing! The pasta is great, lasagna and fettucini alfredo are my favorites but it's all great. Of course they are known for their pizza and it should go without saying that it's great. Save room for the chocolate cake, it might come as a shock, but they have amazing cake!

Male / 31 / Los Angeles, CAFood until closing time (1:30am) and you can walk right thru the kitchen... I HEARD FROM A GUY that you can smoke weed on the patio and get drugs from the patrons.
J/K... kids. Spare yourself the blow and save your appetite for the pizza or steak (contingent on your finances). Strong drinks and great tunes!
Belushi ate his last meal here - Chicken Soup he ate at the employee table in the kitchen... Hours later a speedball took his life at Chateu Marmont... UNfortunately I mean John Belushi and not Jim
