It usually always has a live band playing so you can rock and dance. Thursday nights the band plays all 80s music which I love! Young professional adults is the crowd you will find there. Good mix of men and women so you don't feel like it is a sausage fest.

Best bar in Midtown! - hands down. Great place for happy hour. 80s night on Thursday - awesome cover band. Crowd is mid 20s - early 30s. Great bar food!

Concert Series - Last Wed every month

If you work in downtown Houston ya know that when you get off so does everyone else. The traffic in Houston sucks so why not check out Pub Fiction for Happy Hour. This is a great place to mingle with your friends after work and a nice place to hang out and have a few drinks. Wednesday are great nights because the Houston Press has a free concert every week. So insted of sitting in traffic head to midtown and give Pub Fiction a visit.

Pub Fiction is a GREAT sports bar and is very diverse! I love this place, not only for their WONDERFUL food (BEST bar food in town!) but also for their great happy hours. They have 2 dollar 20 oz beers, even on Fridays. Also, their Concert Series (last WEdnesday of every month) is pretty amazing -- they bring in great Texas acts, like Roger Creagor!
