Aside from Figs in Boston or Babbo in NYC, this flat bread pizza is delicious
Pontiff is a favorite and the sangiovese is a perfect compliment

Low Rider Pizza, get in my belly

I don't like Pizza....however I love this pizza. The Low Rider is amazing with it's thin crust, chicken, BBQ sauce, tons of cilantro & spice! It's a great pie. Well done Protos!!! Excellent service as well and tiny but fun patio for those sunny Denver days.

Really great flat Italian style pizza and REAL great Bloody Mary's! I would sit at the bar too...faster service:)

Thin Crust

Love the thin crusts here and it got the thumbs up from the kids - had the Ruby with lots of proscuitto added. Yum!
