Classic Vietnamese/Pho

After two 'Pho Dalat' locations in Portland, the owners decided to open up a store in Vancouver. Thank goodness they did!

The Pho is awesome-great broth and two sizes of pho orders that may help if you want to avoid stuffing yourself!

In addition to the pho, the bun is fantastic for warmer days, as are the Salad Rolls (shrimp, pork, noodles, mint/cilantro in rice paper).

Lastly, the woman running this one is Soooo Sweet. My good friend was sick over the holiday season and we went into Pho Dalat III for pho (I swear Pho has healing powers). The woman then made him a special drink with bean sprouts and other herbs to make him feel better. And it worked!!
