Serious Cocktails

The bartenders at Pegu Club take their drinks very seriously. Sit at the bar and just watch them do their magic. It's wonderful. All of the drinks are delicious and top-notch.

The cocktails do change seasonally, but I especially love the Earl Grey MarTeani. (get it?!) It is just like it sounds: early grey-infused gin with a little simple syrup and egg white to make it frothy. YUM.

Do be careful. The drinks go down extremely easy ('cuz they're good) but they are strong.
