Excellent food and wine list. Sit at the chef's table (bar right near the open kitchen) for the chef's recommendations for the evening.

Most will say a great restaurant, etc. but I say go here for breakfast! When you want an upscale breakfast, brunch on weekends is the best. And the Hotel Monaco is connected through the door, so be sure to check out their funky interior design before you leave.

Best Caesar ever!

Panzano has won awards for their Caesar salad and it's no joke. Be adventurous, get the grilled one. It's lightly coated with olive oil, salt and pepper and then flash grilled for a warm smokey flavor. Amazing! If you like Caesar salads, this one will blow you away. Add the lamb duo, save room for the sweets and it's a perfect meal. Date night, anniversary or for no reason, the staff is great and the chef, creative.

Had a wonderful cooking demo here by Executive Chef Elise .... Crespelle ai Funghi! Got the recipe so I can recreate at home. Delicious mushrooms, fonduta sauce and white truffle oil paired up with a light Italian prosecco. It was very tasty! The restaurant space is nice enough (pretty normal) - nothing to write home about, so I don't think it would be my first choice for dinner!
