After work or later in the evening, weekends all day long, or even bright and early for coffee and a quick bite.... All of the above make this my favorite place in the Heights. Great staff, better crowds. Pet friendly (within reason)

This is a great place to go by yourself with a good book or your laptop or to take a group of friends. They offer good coffee, a solid beer/wine selection, and a relaxing environment.

Coolest bartenders in Texas

All three of the Creek establishments are great, but Onion Creek is the standard. Fairly extensive beer and wine list, great weeknight specials, and the best damn french bread pizza I've ever had (try the Maui Wowie).

What keeps me coming back is the bartenders. Always friendly, funny, and knowledgeable...on any topic.
