Get a reservation if you want to eat at this flagship location (or you can try your luck at Nobu Next Door, which doesn't take reservations). Whatever sushi and sashimi they have on the menu is always exceptionally fresh, but I also adore the tuna tataki, lobster salad (with the nobu spicy lemon dressing that they sell at the restaurants and I keep stocked at my house), yellowtail with jalapeno, rock shrimp tempura, creamy spicy crab... the goodness goes on and on. If you have the time, I also suggest doing omakase. The Matsuhisa martini is really refreshing, but they also have a great wine list (Opus One with sushi? yeah!).
