The shitake mushroom salad is one of the best on the menu, however I would go with the rock shrimp as well as the hamachi jalapeno. Can't go wrong here, and although it's expensive, it's worth every penny. Talk about great service, these guys must have gone thru a vigorous training course, because they know their stuff!
