Great tapas restaurant/bar. They always have a yummy special tapa for the evening. Also turns into a good time post-dinner. Perhaps one of my favorite drinks in Denver, the Mehita - a lighter version of the Mojito made with watermelon. Try it!

The ambiance? Conducive to a brilliantly easy first date. Men, take your lady here... women love their wine. Looking for a great place for Tapas? Ninth Door is the best in town. Great atmosphere and live music on certain nights. Later in the evening continues with a cool vibe.

Great place for a group of friends for dinner or just drinks. If you're eating, try the lamb meatballs, salmon wrapped asparagus, and the charcuterie. If you're boozing, try the Mejita (a mojito with fresh watermelon - lethal because you can't taste the liquor) or the El Pepino (like a cucumber martini). A DJ spins pretty loud tunes (so the music can be heard over Beta's throbbing beats from down the street?), so maybe not the best place for a first date.

All I can say is WOW. This place is incredible! Check out everyone's inside words because when I went I discovered that both the lamb meatballs and the Mehita are incredibly amazing. The steak is also delicious! They also have a delectable spread of asparagus and salmon that's to die for. The ambiance is trendy and fun, a perfect place for late night dining and cocktails or a little before club nightlife.
