Order the hand made noodles and watch the magic as they're made before your eyes. Only downside is it's always crowded and you have to sit a bit close to people. Hopefully, for your sake and quite possible here it's a supermodel or favorite star of your choice.

If you have an out of town guest who wants to stargaze or if you are in the mood to see Heidi Fleiss' protegees in action, this is your place. Great people watching and fantastic food. Go with someone who has been there before so you can avoid the waiter looking annoyed with you that you haven't memorized the menu. It's best to just be able to rattle off the chow favorites right when the waiter approaches the table, like for instance, the squab in lettuce cups, the duck pancakes, and the prawns (jewgirl is kosher so she hasn't tried them but hears rave reviews).
