Trail Runs!

I go trail running here once a week during the spring summer. It's only 20 mins from my house but feels like your up in the mountains. Trails can get muddy so bring solid shoes. I think it's about a 3 mile loop but also hooks into a ton of other trails in Jefferson County. A big mountain bike loop as well.

Mountain Biking

Holy moly, you want a grinding uphill ride with a rocket fast decent. This is the place.

Good, quick after-work hike

I love this ride. But then again, I love grueling technical uphill grinds. Take advantage of being near Morrison, and relax in town after the workout.

snowshoeing here in the winter is the best! use the mountain entrance near indian hills. take the trail past the old castle to a beautiful lookout over the city of denver.
