Definitely a little pricey, but this hotel puts you in the heart of Soho with some of the best shopping in the world, all within walking distance.

The lounge area is also a great place to get a drink before going out for the evening.

Located in SoHo this hotel has became Hollywood Central. It's very expensive, yet in my opinion is one of the only premium hotels in the city that makes you feel like you are getting exactly what you paid for. You might walk thru the front door and find stars doing interviews in the casual library/living room setup in the lobby. This is also a great place to have an afternoon cocktail or tea. You never know who you're going to see at the Mercer or what you'll see them do. Unpretentious rooms come with comfortable touches, a plush bed with feather down comforter, big closet, ample seating area and fresh fruit.

Tip: Step outside the entrance and discover everything Soho has to offer.
