Delicious Vodka

Lotus is, quite simply, the world's best-tasting enhanced gourmet vodka. Creating it however, was anything but simple. Founder Rob Bailey spent three years working with master distillers and vodka specialists around the world to develop Lotus. After thousands of hours developing different blends and hundreds of tastings across the United States with mixologists, sommeliers--and his own family and friends--the final blends were perfected in early 2007.

Lotus Vodka launched in a few gourmet restaurants in San Francisco in the fall of 2007. Word spread quickly that there was a better alternative to Six months later, hundreds of high-end restaurants, hotels and lounges in northern California were carrying White and Blue Lotus.

Whoever does marketing for Lotus definitely works it into all the bars and clubs in SF... There is always some sort of Lotus vodka special or tasting!
