Cozy Italian

Great date restaurant. I recommend sitting inside because otherwise you've got a view of Cedars Sinai Medical Center which is kind of a downer. Unless there's a special that I think will knock my socks off, I always start with the treviso salad that is their version of a caesar but with bitter greens which balances the richness of the dressing and parmesan perfectly. The mushroom risotto is a really popular favorite, and if I'm in the mood I've also been known to ask the kitchen to make me some spicy penne all'arrabbiata. If there's a bolognese special, I suggest you order it. I also love the salmon and the sole. If your party can't decide on a bottle to share, they always have a great and changing selection of wines served by the glass, including some fantastic barollos and super tuscanies.

JonMarc is the man at this little cozy gem. Perfect place for a quiet, fast sunday night dinner. Or better yet, go to the four seasons hotel around the corner for a massage and then come here for dinner afterwards. You can't top that on date night.

is incredible! Love their wine list as well. Very cozy and quaint place with amazing dishes, giving you a NY feel which I love. Prices are more than just any Italian outing occasion. Every dish you order here is likely to more than satisfy you. Hand your keys over to the valet and get ready for a wonderful and relaxing evening out.
