little place better than the others

thai is hard to find in and around baltimore. lemongrass, which also has a location downtown, is as good as it gets. the take-out left a little to be desired, but the in-house food, at both the downtown and annapolis locations, was fresh and the sauces weren't overwhelming. spiciness was refreshing and not crippling (crippling dishes were so marked).
