Our family loves this quiet hotel that is located in Kahala outside of Waikiki. The hotel is built on a private beach with a calm bay. The hotel is comfortable and very kid friendly. The ocean here is calm with sand bars to walk on. There are cabannas on the beach and wonderful food service. We rent the cabanna for the day and never leave the beach.
One of the best things about the hotel is the dolphin pool next to the ocean. It is fun to watch the dolphins work with the trainers. When you reserve the room also reserve a spot to swim with the dolphins. Unforgettable.
