Always unexpected

This place is way more hip than me. The Hudson actually has three bars that vary greatly. Outside on the patio is a cross between an Indian hooka room and Beatrix Potter's garden. The inside club is plexiglass, and the Library is a champagne pool room. The first time I went, I took a 60 year old client of mine on a lark. Scared him to death, but he still talks about it. The Library is the most mellow of the bars and a good place to chill out and play some pool.

What a Makeover!

Oh my God ...... this hotel used to be my offices at Channel 13/WNET! To walk into the lobby area and restaurant/bars was mind boggling with what they've done to it. The layout of the floors are still the same though - rooms are tiny - hardly enough room to swing a cat, but I did have my own window and private bathroom when I worked there!

This is the spot to be!!!
