A friend took me to this excellent restaurant last month when I was in town. You may wait in line to get in and will sit at tables with others most of the time. The wait staff will take your order as fast as you can give it too them and will bring it too you almost as fast.
The Chinese is top notch but don't go for the dining experience or to make an evening of it.
